I got caught in the rain!

Not that Northeast Ohio has had a lot of rain or anything, but damn! I took the dog for a walk Thursday evening because she had been stuck in the house all day.
Because of RAIN!
The sky was clear so we took off for a long walk. We were a half a mile away from home, I looked at the sky and saw dark clouds rolling in fast.
I consider walking the dog a time to get away from the house, relax, get some exercise, you know time to myself.
So I leave my cell phone at home.
The only thing in my pockets where a dog bone and a potporri scented poop bag.
The rain drops started. I was about to get some exercise all right, how about a little jog in a pair of flip-flops and dog with her tail between her legs!
The rain started to fall in buckets and the wind whipped up leaves and dirt. There were open garage doors that I actually considered running into. We settled for a big tree to stand under!
I know, it could have been struck by lightening and fell on us, yada yada.
I had no where to go!
I always tell who ever is home the route I plan to take when the dog and I go for a walk. Thank God I have that much sense!
We were only under the tree for a few minutes when my darling husband came to our rescue! We were soaked to the bone, dripping wet.
My husband says, "Wow, that came out of nowhere huh?"
Me, "Thank you, thank you, thank you" I think I might have said something about my Night in shining armour, I don't know. I was just happy to be out of the rain, so was the dog!
The husband pulled in the driveway and took the dog from my lap and said "I got her." I said thank you again. The two teenagers were in the house and I'm pretty sure they didn't even know I was gone.
I slushed into the house and stood dripping in the doorway. The dog was surrounded by the husband and the teenagers all armed with towels. Each drying the dog while talking baby talk to her.
My husband, you know the Night in shining armour, said, "Someone get your mother a towel."

I'm starting a new eCrater Store!

My 15 year old started cleaning his room!
Yes, you read that right! He's cleaning his room!
I think he has decided a lot of the stuff he has in there is too young for him now. My baby's growing up.
Damn it.
He keeps coming out of his room asking me, "What do you want me to do with this?" There are things that I can't part with and they are going in the attic. But the other stuff, plus the stuff I have hanging around the house are all going into a new eCrater Store that I decided my son and I are going to run together.
He wanted to get a job this summer to save up for a new computer. I didn't push him because he's only 15, he'll be working the rest of his life no reason to hurry into the work world!
So as soon as we think of a name, you will be seeing a link here in this blog!

Then you can buy all those Poke`Mon Cards you need!
Here is a picture of some Avon Glasses I have and will be putting them in the new eCrater Store first!

I have a lot of work to do!

Here is a link to my other eCrater Store if you are looking for tools!

Oh and don't forget to stop by and say hi at my new favorite hangout www.thecrabbyhost.com

It's a forum filled with advice and fun! And most of the members are online sellers! Hope to see you there!

More listings at Farvel Cargo Tool and More!

I'm really rolling this week! Getting more and more listed at our eCrater Store. It's because I'm not doing any yardwork, because it's 90 degrees here in Northeast Ohio and it hasn't rained in weeks. The ground is so dry that it is impossible to pull a weed! But I'm not complaining. I love summer!

Oh! And I found a new place to hangout online!

It's a site for online sellers. We share ideas, jokes and play games. We learn new ideas, give advice and complain because we are crabby!

What is your hobby?

Selling online I've met quite a few people on the message boards that are very talented. Selling what they make, I wish I could do that! To make a living at doing what you love - creating! Some people are so creative. I've been to craft shows where I've seen people creating art out of things you would normally throw away. It's a gift to be able to look at any old thing and visualize something beautiful. I have a closet full of junk that I'm still waiting to be inspired by.

As Blogged about earlier this week we have listed some more hobby tools. We have 2 almost identical Hobby Tool Kits listed at our eCrater Store.
Kit contains:
An assortment of 5 pairs of tweezers
Assorted sizes of 6 acid brushes
3 sponge brushes with wooden handles
2 mini plastic 2 inch clamps
2 nylon brushes, 1 wire brush
1 dental pick
1 pair of small wire cutters
